Quoteplicity Pulse Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and role, provided when your organization creates your Pulse login.
• CRM records— contact, policy, quote, appointment, and communication data that you and your team enter or that your organization's connected systems send to Pulse.
• Google Calendar data — only if you choose to connect a Google account, as described in the next section.
• Usage and diagnostic data — standard logs (such as timestamps and error reports) used to operate and secure the service.

Google Calendar data

Team members may optionally connect their Google Calendar to Pulse. When you connect, Google asks for your consent to the following permissions, which we use strictly to provide scheduling features you initiate:

• View your calendars and events (calendar.readonly) — used to read your busy times so Pulse can detect scheduling conflicts and avoid offering appointment slots when you are unavailable.
• Create and edit events (calendar.events) — used to add appointments booked through Pulse to your Google Calendar and keep them up to date when they are rescheduled or canceled.

Limited Use disclosure:Pulse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We only use Google Calendar data to provide the scheduling features described above. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• We do not transfer Google Calendar data to third parties except to the infrastructure providers that host Pulse (listed below), as required to operate the service, or as required by law.
• We do not use Google Calendar data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Humans do not read your calendar data except with your explicit permission (for example, a support request), for security purposes, or as required by law.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Pulse's Calendar settings, which deletes our stored tokens, or revoke Pulse's access from your Google account permissions. You may also email us at support@quoteplicity.com to request deletion of any stored Google user data.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Pulse service for your organization.
• To send communications you or your team initiate (email, SMS, calls) and record them in your organization's CRM history.
• To detect scheduling conflicts and sync appointments you book.
• To comply with legal obligations, including communication-consent recordkeeping.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers that host and operate Pulse on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, database, email, and telephony providers — under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing those services, and where required by law.

Storage, security, and retention

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and encrypted in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to other users. We retain information for as long as your organization maintains its Pulse account or as needed to meet legal obligations; disconnecting an integration deletes its stored credentials.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at support@quoteplicity.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Calendar connections can be removed by you at any time as described above.
